Question / Help Facebook LiveStream Assistance Please

I'm sorry I know this question has been posed a thousand times or more. I've researched and attempted to apply some of the other suggested fixes to no avail. I'm trying to stream live to Facebook for my church.

My problem is very choppy audio & video output.

Hardware:
Sony FDR-AX33 HandyCam connected to HP laptop with Magewell HDMI Capture Device
dedicated hardwired internet
