Question / Help Facebook Live

I am having trouble going Live on Facebook. Every time I try to go live it will not pull in video always says offline.
Any help would be most appreciated I do every thing as directed on tutorial still not working.

Did you make sure you updated your stream key every time you go Facebook Live? The frustrating part with Facebook Live is every time you disconnect, you have to use a new stream key the next time you go live.
