Question / Help Facebook Live - Unsynched Audio/Poor Quality

Hello everyone,

Thank you in advance for reading this and any help you can give!

I've been attempting to use OBS Studio to broadcast to FB Live with minimal success. My audio is way out of synch, I've set the offset to 410, which gets it in the ballpark, but it's still very noticeable to me. The video quality just looks poor to me as well. I've set my bitrate to 1600 to account for slow internet, but it drops about 10% of the frames and throws the audio/video sync way off.

Needless to say, this has been pretty embarrassing, any advice would be much appreciated.

What input device are you using? My black magic intensity has the same issues. The annoying thing is the audio sync is different every time I stream! I'll set it once I've got the stream going (via clap test) and even then by 5 minutes in it's off again. I haven't found a solution.

I am using a Fast Track audio interface from M Audio. I agree, I'll record a test, stream a feed to a throwaway account, then stream the real deal, and each seems to have its own hiccups.

The parameter is for your reference
1. bit rate : 3500-5000
2. video input / output : 1280x720

i think the faceook live will be better
