I'm wondering if I could stream games like COD, Apex, or any other FPS games that requires moving a lot in a single PC.
I've seen other streamers done this and I was just wondering what kind of OBS settings or Facebook settings they have. I've tried asking but they told me to have a good upload speed and good enough PC. I know I have to use NVENC to utilize my GPU for encoding but I still get blurry quality as I run around the game. I tried increasing and decreasing my bit-rate from 4000-6000. I've also tried to fix the out-scale resolution such as changing from 1920x1080p to 1280x720p but both still show up as blurry. and finally I tried to change the common FPS from 60-30 but no luck.
On the other hand streaming from twitch had very crispy quality compare to Facebook. But I don't get it, other streamers who have only one PC to stream on have a nice quality stream. Here is my specs below.

I7-9700K 8 cores up to 4.9 GHz Turbo
MSI Z390-A PRO MOBO
32 GB XPI Z1 DDR4 3200MHz (4x8GB)
Corsair H100i RGB Liquid CPU Cooler
GeForce RTX 2080 Super
Upload speed: 25 mbps
Please advise by suggesting what kind of settings in OBS/ Facebook that I'm missing. Thank you!
