Facebook Live not connecting to OBS/OBS displaying "Could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key" message

I have been using Facebook Live Producer for the last year every Friday to stream and have had minimal issues, but last Friday I tried to connect to my live stream but for some reason Facebook is not acknowledging OBS as the streaming software when I click that as an option. Video would usually come up in the stream preview window showing the same video OBS was, but that was not true last Friday. I left that week thinking maybe it was an issue with Facebook servers, but after coming back this Friday I'm still running into the same issue. I went into OBS to see if it was a problem with the video settings, but OBS is working perfectly fine it seems like. I have tried generating new stream keys and adding them into OBS multiple times, checking my firewall status, turning on and off the persistent stream key link, making sure my IP was set to default, as well as making sure my network was running smoothly as videos by Scott Fichter stated. Is this an issue with Facebook and not OBS? What am I doing wrong or what could I do to fix my problem? I appreciate any help that can be given!

Search on this same issue in this forum... numerous references... my recollection was that the issue is operating system certificate related, or something like that

Try uninstalling McAfee. Any TLS inspection software or middleboxes will often break RTMPS as it expect HTTPS on port 443.

I have just developed this same problem about three weeks ago. Oddly, sometimes it connects after a dozen or more attempts. but not always, hence I miss the live streaming opportunity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
