I am a brand new user. I am trying to live stream our church service. We have a canon vixia hf80 hooked to a windows computer with a hdmi to usb 3.0 capture device. Using obs software. I can get the image to facebook live in the preview screen, but it won't make the jump to actually go live. I must have a setting wrong or I'm missing something. I'm so close, but don't know what to do next.
additional info: I used the automatic wizard to help set up in obs along with the quick instruction guide.
