Any plugins? I see you updated to 32.0, which I would NOT have advised... always a good idea to let things settle down a bit. I prefer to not run on the cutting edge with stuff that is important.
That log does not appear to be from a Streaming / Recording sessions, which has important details
And unlikely related, but I see a mismatch in audio sample rates from all of your devices vs

hopefully you aren't using the audio from that video capture device? if you are, you should resolve audio sampling rate mismatch
For our HoW service, we Record locally, as well livestream. If you do the same, does your local Recording have Audio?
Do you use /FB's Live/Producer? I'm assuming you don't? We do, as important to have a 'digital' usher (Yes, there are other ways), and to check for exactly this sort of thing. on /Live/Producer, you'll have an indication of audio bitratre
Facebook has changed the back-end over time, without notice, so a chance something off between your stream output settings, and FB's input expectations (or any number of minor glitches] that could cause a problem. What did Facebook's stream session log indicate?
Have you tried again (test stream, not make it public) to see if a one-time issue, or if problem persists?
