Question / Help Facebook live and Camlink

I have absolutely racked my brain trying to figure out how to get my camlink to work with your updated system and the new RTMPS settings for facebook live. It worked like a champ until November...and since they changed it...I have tried absolutely everything to get my camlink to work...What am I doing wrong? Do i have to set up custom and paste the server and the persistent key...or do I do it in the advanced section and paste the server info in the encoder area...I'm completely dumbfounded why it will not recognize it...it wont even show up in studio mode even when I add a video capture device...what am I doing wrong and how the heck do I change the encoder settings so that facebook will recognize it...I'm just completely frustrated and baffled...it worked like champ before...and since...I have tried everything...and to no avail..Please help! Thanks SO much..is there some update that windows did that does not allow the recognition of the camlink now?...I'm totally lost and not super computer saavy...thats why I went with the camlink cause it was so easy and worked amazingly...Thanks soo much.

I have read that if your computer is running the new Beta update of Windows (April 2019), that Camlink will no longer work. Another question: what browser are you using? I am able to use my Camlink on Firefox browser, I just have to paste a new stream key every time.

Everything worked perfectly until november of 20!9 when Facebook changed to RTMPS...so the april update was installed...I didn't sign up to do any beta...but im pretty ignorant with this stuff...so forgive me.
