facebook doesnt recognize obs live stream

Hello, really need your help, facebook live doesnot recognize obs live stream, never had a problem before, here is my log files, please take a look at my log files if there is anything wrong. i try restaring pc many times with no luck. thanks in advanced.

see the not insignificant number of other threads in this forum over last month or so on same issue.
we stream to FB just fine (knock on wood) using Scheduled Video event and NOT using Persistent Stream key (security measure)
