Question / Help Facebook Cannot Detect OBS

I'm having 3 months holidays starting today. So, I want to spend my gaming time with my friends. It would be good if I stream it to show my other friends. Unfortunately, I cannot stream it as the Facebook can't detect the OBS. I press "Start Streaming" but the Facebook cannot detect it and stay "OFFLINE". I'm 100% guarantee that I paste my stream key correctly. My graphic driver has latest update too. I upload my log and hope you guys can find the problems. It would be much appreciate if you guys can solve this problem. TQ
