Question / Help face time and obs

We used to use face time to add a second person to live broadcasts. We have lost the ability to add other live inputs to put live people together from different places. can anyone help as adding browsers cause about a 30 second delay or more. Any ideas are appreciated and why did obs remove the factime option from window? thanks
