Question / Help F1 2019 Crashes when going back to windows

I've got a bit of a weird problem where I have 2 PC's side by side. Both running F1 2019 (DX12) and same version of OBS Studio. Hardware is different including GPU.
The problem I'm having is that when I'm running OBS, not necessarily streaming, just have it open, when I hit the windows button to go back to desktop in F1 2019, the game crashes. This is repeatable and happens every time. When I uncheck the anticheat box in OBS, it crashes before getting to the first screen. I've checked all settings in OBS on both machines and they are identical. One works, one doesn't
What could cause this crash? Could it be another program in conflict somewhere? Might it be worth a windows reinstall or perhaps uninstalling anything that is not on the working machine?
I've got a new graphics card however the same problem used to happen before so I'm thinking its perhaps a conflict somewhere.
Also I it seemed to work in DX11 but the game itself doesn't run as well. The previous game, F1 2018 (DX11) works fine as does Fortnite. It seems to be unique to F1 2019 or DX12 however it works fine in my other machine.
Other recording software don't have the problem such as NVidia and Xsplit however they dont' perform as well so really want to get OBS back running.

I've attached a copy of the F1 2019 dump file so not sure if there is anyting in there.
