Bug Report Ezcap U3 x OBS - Low resolution

Hi friends,
II bought the Ezcap U3 card and the the specification says that it support 4K but the OBS Studio only recognise as 1280x720 . Would you know how could I solve this?

I am using this specification:
- Mac 10.14.6
- Obs Studio 24.0.6
