I am having some serious issues with the stability, of the upload speed on OBS. It's jumping all over the place, between 0 to 6000kb/s to 51.000 Kbit/s to well above that. Though i am trying to stream on Youtube using the HLS servers at 51.000 Kbit/s, it seems very unstable. Have anyone else experienced this, and maybe found a solution that doesn't require me to limit myself? I have a 1000/1000mbit/s fiber connection in my house, and have never had any issues with download speeds well above 51.000 kbit/s or uploading at 6000 kbit/s on twitch.

RTX 4090
Ryzen 3900x
32Gb DDR4 3200mhz
Windows 11
OBS version 29.1.1
Things i have tried:
Manual update of all network drivers from realtek and intel
disabling Hardware accelerated scheduling
Disconnecting literally all other wi-fi enabled devices in the house (I use a cabled connection for my PC naturally)
A reboot of my router
Any information you may need i am willing to find for you :)
