Question / Help Extremely Quiet Desktop Audio

For some reason my desktop audio seems to have become EXTREMELY quiet for everything I record.

I am using OS X El Capitan version 10.11.4.

I'm not really sure what else to say considering it was working fine the day before.

If you need any more information than I can provide it.
