Extremely choppy recordings

I'm not very tech savvy, and I don't really have much experience in recording videos, but I've looked into countless forums and I've watched so many videos, nothing has helped. I'm recording at 60 fps but the recording is so choppy and slow. I did a test trial on 30 and 48 fps values and they were also extremely choppy, my computer should be more than capable of recording at 60 fps, but it is just not working and I'm getting very frustrated, any sort of help would be appreciated, thank you!

OBS 30.0.2 log file uploaded at 2024-01-27, 10:16:37

09:55:27.650: [Safe Mode] Unclean shutdown detected!
09:55:33.861: [Safe Mode] User elected to launch normally.

Your monitor should be set @ 60 or 120HZ when using OBS. Recordings will always stutter if left @ 144.

Your audio routing could be improved.

I would test using the on-board audio with the Hyper X completely removed from the audio chain. Mixing Surround & Stereo with OBS doesn't really work all that great.

09:59:20.346: Source Desktop Audio audio is lagging (over by 25104.83 ms) at max audio buffering. Restarting source audio.
