Extremely Choppy and Poor Performance with 28.0.3

I updated my OBS Studio this morning, but the update seems to have rendered my computer incapable of smoothly streaming WoW Classic. Attached is a link to a log file if it helps. I'm sure it is not my connection or anything. Please take a look when you can.
