Question / Help Extremely blurry video when moving in games

Here are the specs for my computer - i7-6700K with 16GB of RAM, and a GTX 1070 if you need that. I'm trying to record in 1080p, 60 fps. When I record though, it can be extremely blurry when I move. I've recorded Overwatch, League of Legends, and Batman Arkham Knight so far. Any help?

Those settings are wrong.

Remove the custom encoder settings from the streaming section.

Set the recording quality to indistinguishable.
Recording format to flv
Recording Encoder to software low cpu use or hardware nvenc.

flv isn't playable on my computer though that's the problem. Also, couldn't I put higher cpu usage? And how would I put it to low cpu use in software

Easily solved by installing the VLC media player, and is no excuse to save directly to mp4.
