Extreme stuttering with Studio OBS 64bit

Okay, so I haven't streamed in a month, I try to stream today and now obs cant seem to stop my capture card from stuttering, besides updating my windows nothing has changed and a month ago everything ran just fine so I'm really not sure what it is, have an Avermedia LGP, I reinstalled all the drivers and there's no difference, I tried watching my feed through the Avermedia REC center software and it runs fine and smoothly as it should but in Studio AND Slobs the feed from the capture card just skips, like a ton. I'll be putting my log file in here and here's a video as well

Still trying to get some help 'cause it doesnt make sense to me tbh. My LGP Avermedia works fine with the Avermedia software but doesnt with OBS Classic/Studio/Slobs and works better with Xsplit, this is a video sorta working with Xsplit but still stutters and lags https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OorhhI_VKgM
