I upgrade my iMac Pro to Catalina yesterday, not realizing there are issues with OBS. Right now I am able to run OBS somewhat stable from both the command line and from the dock. But there is now a significant and very frustrating issue with the preview video (and if I record or stream it). I have 5 underwater IP cameras that before the upgrade worked perfectly. Now they still work great for 57 seconds in every 60 seconds. Then all of them at the same time show significant stutter/lag/artifacts for 2-3 seconds in the Preview window. The cycle repeats every minute and seems to be pretty consistent. I tried having just one cameras as the source vs 5. Or reducing the bitrate or resolution significantly but it makes no difference - the result is the same. Smooth video from all the sources for 57 seconds and then 2-3 seconds of lag/stutter. There was nothing really pointing to a root cause in the log (included), and there didn't seems to be any CPU or NW or DISK spikes at the time the stutter occurred. But then I ran OBS from the console and every time the stutter occurred the following messages (or some variation of them appeared)
00007f7f3e469530] main decoder error: buffer deadlock prevented
[00007f7f4f1b4af0] main input error: ES_OUT_SET_(GROUP_)PCR is called too late (pts_delay increased to 400 ms)
[00007f7f3e469530] videotoolbox decoder: Raising max DPB to 5
Does any one have an idea what that means and what is causing it to happen every 1 minute. It did not happen before I upgraded to Catalina
