Question / Help Extreme lag when trying to record

So each time i try to record some gameplay its says its going at 60 fps but when i go into the game it drops all the way down to 2 - 10 fps, it worked completely fine before and all of a sudden this happened. any reason why?

You're getting rendering lag even when using NVEnc recording on a GTX 1050. Try using a frame limiter or turn V-Sync On. If you let your game have unlimited frames nothing will be left for OBS.
