Question / Help Extreme lag when trying to record screen for gaming.

Hey OBS.

I recently downloaded your program on my Macbook pro and my Imac. My macbook pro which has worse specs than my Imac seems to run the program while gaming with ease and just a little lag, but my Imac with way better specs and brand new lags so much that it is impossible to use.

My Imac contains:

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
3,4 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2048 MB

I'm not sure that you can see anything in the log file, it just makes my computer react with 0,5 seconds delay... Causing mouse to be slow and everything to respond with a short delay making it hard to use..

My screen is: 2560x1440.

Logs say something else cause i just changed it to see if lag would be better... It wasn't

There's no stream attempt in the log which makes it difficult to diagnose.

Was your MBP also Retina?
