Bug Report extreme high pitch when recording voice

im using a Logitech webcam with voice recording. if tested other place and the voice recording is fine but when I record with obs and sounds extremely high. ive have recordings of it on my twitch channel wheelshouse111. it would be nice to be actuall figure out whats going on
