Question / Help Extreme High CPU Usage

I recently switched from an elgato hd to an hd 60, before my cpu was anywhere from 20-35%, kinda high. Now its anywhere from 50 -60%, here is my log https://gist.github.com/edf0ec607b45bb8d99c7bb998c719911

my pc specs are amd 8350 4.0 ghz
gtx 750ti gfx card.
12 gbs ram
asus motherboard

Any help is greatly appriciated!!!!

I think I saw some posts saying its caused by camera resolution or color format. try searching, its popular topic
