I am really new to streaming but have been having the hardest time getting my stream to even be watchable. The only game that I am streaming is Heroes Of The Storm and I changed the game settings to only high.
PC Specs:
i56600k
GTX1070
16GB Ram 2133
Internet Hovers around 40/50 down 5 up
Stream Settings
1080p Capture / 720p Output
Bitrate 5000
I have messed with the bitrate and still am encountering extreme FPS drop and I really do not know why, any help would be greatly apprecaited.
