Question / Help "Extract: error writing to file libcef.dll"

I reinstalled OBS, and everytime I try to install it, the libcef.dll extraction goes up to 73% and then shows an error. (I can't include a log file since OBS isn't installed.)

Make sure you have enough disk space, reboot and try installing, disable antivirus software.

i had the same issue, with version 26, and i solved it this way:
Deactivating Defender didn't help, there is afaik no other anti-virus on this box.
What i did:
- downloaded the above file,
- extracted it.
- moved the extracted files to where OBS tried to install, i.e. to C:\Program Files\obs-studio
- ran bin\64bit\obs64.exe
- it said there is an update, i let it install.

Now i have version 26 and this works.
