I would like to use an external hardware encoder connected to the HDMI port of a PC running OBS, which handles everything except encoding and streaming. If I use the same codec settings that I usually use on OBS, is the stream quality the same? worse? better?
I would like to use the LinkPi ENC1 V2 encoder.
