Ext Mic and Mp3 Audio and Video won't sync.

I am brand new to this software. I set it up and made a test video. I noticed about 1.25 sec delay between the audio I hear and seeing my mouth move. I've tried syncing but didn't seem to change. maybe I adjusted the wrong controls. Help please.

The Sync Offset happens *after* the Monitor tap-off, so it doesn't affect that. It's annoying, and one of several ways that OBS audio is severely limited compared to a professional audio rig.

Generally, don't use OBS for audio unless you absolutely have to. Do all of your audio work *outside* of OBS, where you have the entire world of tools available to you, and then bring the final result of that into OBS to pass through unchanged as its ONLY audio source at all.
