Question / Help Exposure settings for Cam

Hi guys.

I'm new to OBS. I have my stream all set up with 3 cameras. (LifeCam Cinema HD's) but due to my studio lighting, I am getting huge overexposure as the cam auto adjusts.

I cant see how to fix this, yet I know it's going to be a total Newb question.

Can anyone help?
