Recently I decided I should back up these in case of emergency. I never did this before so started with Scenes. As I did it, it looked to me as if when I chose to Export, OBS would Export all Scenes I ever created into one file. I thought, "Great, simple and easy to do."
I went to do the same with Profiles and found it would only save one at a time so I had to go through all of them, that can be a real chore when you have a lot. I also thought, "Did I misunderstand Scenes, did it really Export them all or did I only Export one?"
To be sure, I first mentioned this on the reddit here. Have a couple of responses, H_faustus said when he had to move to a new computer, he just copied one subfolder and that kept all Scenes and Profiles in one simple move instead of Exporting and Importing them indivdually.
So if moving one simple folder is all it takes, is it possible to change OBS to do something like that for both computer moves and also to make backups in case of other computer issues? Something like a Export command that just packs up that folder into a ZIP or other compressed archive that Import can unpack later.
