Question / Help Exporting audio to external software for enhancing

Can an audio file be exported out of obs to another software like audacity or something else? So that i can enhance the sound and import it back to obs when done? And if i can, do i have to sync the sound once imported back to obs?

One more question. If i wanted to find a tutorial what should i search for?
