Export/Import Unique UI Layout and Scenes

I have a need for an “Advanced” and “Basic” OBS environment, where the scene collection is unique, and the UI layout is also unique.

What is the proper way to get that done?

NOTE: I did notice the Import tool for Scenes implies there is possibly something there that can help, but have not found and info on that yet.
