I am not great with tech, but i have been getting help. I am still unable to resolve the issue. My stream looks fine on my end and numbers seem fine from what i can tell. My viewers are experiencing stream buffering to the point it is unwatchable. any help would be greatly appreciated. i have attached the latest log and can add whatever might be helpful. Thank you

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Run OBS as Admin.
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene.
5. Your log contains no streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your stream for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.

Be aware that Killer's Software Suite is known for its poor performance and issues when trying to stream. If installed, please download the package from the vendor's page , completely uninstall all Killer NIC items and run the installer, choosing to only install the Hardware Drivers.
