Question / Help Experiencing Multiple Bit Rate Issues Over The Last 2 Days While Streaming On Twitch, Please Help!!

Over the past 2 days when I've been trying to stream on Twitch, I've been experiencing really bad bit rate issues. Over the whole course of the streams, the bit rate signal in the lower right hand corner of the OBS Studio window would constantly go from yellow to orange and to red, and that would continue for the whole stream and wouldn't ever stop. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this. I really want to fix these issues.
