Okay so I streamed a couple games about 3 or 4 months ago. I streamed Enter the gungeon, the binding of isaac, and hearthstone, no problem at all. I come back 2 weeks ago and launch obs to stream hotline miami. Note: I haven't changed my settings or anything at all inbetween then and now. Howeer as soon as I created a game capture in OBS then tabbed back into hotline miami I was playing at about 7 FPS. (Indicated by the steam fps overlay). I thought this was a fluke and tried to play isaac with the game capture I had already created before and again, 10 fps. I have looked at tons of threads and tried everything. Changing my resolution, changing my encoding, changing everything and anything but nothing has helped. The other issue im running into is that even if i stop the stream and im not streaming but OBS is open my game will still run at 5 fps so its not a internet issue or anything like that.
