Is there a windows event ID for OBS disconnection / connection?

Hello, I'm looking to run a custom task or script whenever OBS detects a disconnection or re-connection. I think it could be done via the Windows Task Scheduler like they show here but that only seems to work when the entire network is disconnected/connected like when i pull the ethernet wire, sometimes my ISP just hiccups for a minute or something but the router is still connected and the Task Scheduler does not pick it up (or if it does i don't know where to find that event). There seems to be at least some communication going on between windows and OBS when this happens because it triggers a desktop notification. If i could find windows event ID for OBS disconnection/connection i think i could take it from there.
