Exclude Scene Elements from Recording

What possibility is there to exclude Non-Audio sources which are shown in the stream from local recording. Idea is to just include e.g. Sponsor Logos only in the stream but exclude them from the local recording (to have just a "clean" recording eventually only including e.g. a scoreboard).

We are familiar with doing that when it comes to audio sources - but how this is possible with other sources?
