Exception: e06d7363 (Woops, OBS has crashed!)

Hi all, I updated my OBS to the newest version this morning via the prompt in the program and I can't launch it anymore after the update (Woops, OBS has crashed!).
I have spent a bit of time fixing this (tried different things but nothing seems to work), so was wondering if anyone here can help. I am attaching the error log, I would extremely appreciate any help I could get here, I need to record some videos soon so I'm really stressed about this. Thanks a lot for any help!

I did that already, got the latest from windows supposedly, tried installing from intel but it tells me lenovo is blocking the install and has to use theirs.

provide the main obs log from %appdata%\obs-studio\logs (newest only)

@Harold, after your post I went and installed a bunch of intel updates flagged in my windows as optional and OBS seems to be working now. Much thanks for your help. I might need to pick your brains in the future if I update again and something crashes.
