exceeding bitrate

so the problem i have is that my obs shows 10k kbps and it wobbles around 10200-10500 and it does not show that im streaming to twitch, i already did try to reinstalling, reconnecting, restarting my pc. i don't know what else to do.

I didn't understand the question exactly. But obs shows the total bitrate because you are using Enhanced broadcasting for twitch
