Question / Help Everytime I try to record/stream, it is also choppy/laggy?

So, I'm trying to use OBS as a capture device to record videos and stream to my YouTube channel as well. But, whenever I go to record, and watch back the video, my game looks really laggy. But in the game it is perfectly fine, getting 60 FPS. And when I try to stream, it is always buffering from the video being laggy and YouTube not seeing "enough gameplay" from it.

Please help ASAP!
