Question / Help everything is a black screen on another amd problem child, please help

I'm a newbie here and I have read through everything I can to get this fixed but it's not working so I'm giving up my search and hoping with everything I have that someone can help. I do appreciate any direction y'all can guide me in. You need to add sources to your scene.

Thank you for your reply! That log is from a fresh install of OBS, believe me I've tried adding sources in every way imaginable and it still doesn't work. I can get a local video file to play but no sound on it at all. The radeon settings aren't the same as in the help manuals, all I can do is copy. Thanks again
