Question / Help Every game works fine just CSGO not (Rubberbanding + Crash)

Hey guys,

I can stream every game (PUBG, Rocket League, Diablo, Rainbow Six Siege) but not CSGO I get Rubberbanding with every upload rate and different encoders. Last but not least I even got a OBS crash because well I have no idea maybe you can help me.

Specs:

- Intel I5-4590 3.30GHz
- Asus GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
- 8GB RAM
- Windows 10 64-Bit
