Bug Report Every bitrate looks exactly the same

Hi, for instance every video that i'm recording with 10mbit or 1mbit looks the same. What is the cause of this bug?
Win10 latest update, rx 480, 2560x1440 125%scale.

ok, i get it myself, its because of i set scaling output to 1280x720, but why its not work properly how it used to?
