Ever since the new update rolled out, my recordings have been bugged

They take unusually long to load in any video player, and when they do, they don't play sound at all, even though sound was on during the recording. Trying to backtrack/fast forward also takes a while.

Here are my video output settings in case that's the problem:
NVIDIA NVENC H.264 encoder
Rescaled 1440p output to 1080p
VBR Rate control
14350 Kbps Bitrate
15000 Kbps Max Bitrate
1 s Keyframe Interval
Preset 5: Slow (Good Quality)
Tuning: High Quality
Multipass: Two Passes (Quarter Resolution)
Profile: high
Psycho Visual Tuning enabled
Max B-frames: 2

Update: OBS updated again, I still have the issue, but there is a workaround if I open the file with VLC. However, editing it kills the audio.
