EU server problem ?

As usual, I launched my live but today I noticed that the stream was totally unstable. It fluctuated from 6000 to 2000 to 9000 (the values greatly exceeded the chosen bitrate or lower)

So I realized a ''speedtest'' and no connection problem (50 mbps download and 9.5 upload).

So I did a Twitch bandwidth test and there, I was surprised by the results (I am generally in the 80% value in terms of quality)

I would still like to know if it wouldn't come from me but I don't think so.

Those are a connection issue between you and twitch.

Those servers are not run by obs.
