Bug Report Errors in RTMP stream

Hi,

I was streaming, and it looks like there were some errors encoding the stream:

I have an extremely stable internet connection (Twitch HQ). I have seen no packet loss in other applications.

Seems you were disconnected by the ingest server or something else interrupted your connection.
