Question / Help Error while updating OBS

I noticed I was on an outdated version of OBS (18.0.0) so I decided to update to 19.0.3. I did so by using the OBS updater built in the app, but it said

Error opening file for writing:
C:\ProgramFiles
(x86)\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\obs-ffmpeg\ffmpeg-mux64.exe

I closed out all of my applications, and turned my antivirus off (all of the components, I'm using Avast) and tried again and it still didn't work. Tried installing using the setup from the website download, same error.

Make sure it isn't stuck running in the background. Otherwise this is probably antivirus related, lots of antivirus still remains loaded even when it's supposedly disabled.
