Question / Help Error when Starting OBS Studio with command line prompt

I'm trying to start OBS Studio from a a command line (for automated streaming), and every time I get the error "Failed to find locale/en-US.ini" and the program won't open. I've done a number of searches on the forum about this issue, and none of the recommended fixes worked, including re-downloading and reinstalling.
The program starts normally from the shortcut on the desktop, and directly from the .exe within the directory.
I know it's got to be something basic like a pointer or an environment setting, but I can't figure it out. Any thoughts?

I've figured out a workaround by writing the command so that it starts the shortcut instead of directly starting the .exe, but I still would like to solve the root issue.

Ah, nevermind. I figured it out. If I added a command to change directory to the C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit folder, it runs just fine. I knew it was just a pointer issue.
