Question / Help Error when installing 0.16.6

I have tried twice now installing 16.6 on Windows 10 running as admin and get this error message during the install:

And yes, I am logged into my Windows 10 admin profile.

Try rebooting and running the installation again, not opening OBS between reboot and running the installation
