Bug Report Error when creating new source: webcam with custom settings

Hi all,

I am new to OBS Studio and I want to use it just for recording 2-3 webcams at the same time. I allready got a scene set up and everything works so far.

However, when I create a new source type "webcam", and activate custom settings the image stays gray and somteimes OBS crashes. If I close the dialogue window and reopen it, the image shows and I can change the settings without a problem.

Is this a bug/known problem in OBS?

Can you post OBS crash logs? (%appdata%\obs-studio\crashes folder)

Sorry, there is no crash log. I only have a normal log.

I am on a MS surface pro 4 with Windows 10.
